Rejuve.AI Governance Is Opening

Two Foundational Proposals for Our Community

Rejuve’s governance era is about to begin and you’re at the heart of it.

Over the past months, we’ve been building the tools that will allow the community to take an active role in shaping the direction of the Rejuve.AI ecosystem. Before anything goes live publicly, we’re running internal tests with our Governance Gurus to make sure the full flow is smooth, secure, and as easy to use as possible.

Once that phase wraps up, the first official vote will open and it’s a meaningful one. In fact, it’s two proposals that work hand-in-hand to set the long-term stability, sustainability, and adaptability of the Rejuve token economy.

Below is a clear rundown of what’s coming, how it fits together, and how you can take part.

Our Two Proposals 

Our first set of governance proposals brings forward two connected votes:

Governance Vote #1: The SCI-Fi Protocol’s two components:

1. Staple Coin Index: a market-cap-weighted index of 20 established altcoins (excluding stablecoins) that together represent long-term market sentiment.

2. Sentiment Multiplier:  a composite factor derived from the Fear & Greed Index and the Altcoin Season Index, smoothed by a 14-day exponential moving average (EMA) to dampen short-term noise.

Together, these generate a rolling SCI reference value that guides how $RJV behaves inside the ecosystem:

• If the $RJV market price falls below the SCI reference, bonded staking rewards and buybacks strengthen to restore balance.

• If the price exceeds the reference, in-app pricing adjusts to encourage spending and maintain circulation.

This mechanism functions as a biological homeostat for token value, stabilizing activity during volatility and scaling participation rewards during recovery or growth phases.

Objectives

• Maintain consistent in-app purchasing power of $RJV.

• Reduce speculative swings unrelated to real activity.

• Create an adaptive feedback loop between real revenues, token utility, and macro market sentiment.

• Align staking, reward, and liquidity logic with transparent on-chain data.

Implementation

If passed, the SCI-Fi protocol will:

• Be activated within the Rejuve Longevity App and network contracts in alignment with the Q1 2026 rollout schedule.

• Serve as the governing reference index for in-app $RJV valuation, staking multipliers, and dynamic reward adjustments.

• Be monitored by the Treasury & Governance Committee, with reporting published quarterly.

• Be adjustable through future governance votes once live performance data accumulates (e.g., sentiment weighting, EMA smoothing period, or index constituents).

Voting Options

Option	Description
YES — Adopt SCI-Fi Protocol	Ratifies full activation of the SCI-Fi stabilization layer as described in the Rejuve Tokenomics Litepaper v1.0.
NO — Do Not Adopt	Keeps current tokenomics without SCI-Fi stabilization, leaving $RJV’s in-app value free-floating.
YES with Amendments	Supports adoption but proposes specific parameter adjustments (e.g., sentiment weighting, EMA window, or index composition) to be reviewed in a follow-up vote.

Rationale

The SCI-Fi framework strengthens Rejuve’s long-term economic resilience by creating a data-driven stabilization model grounded in market reality and scientific participation. It enhances predictability for users, researchers, and partners while preserving token flexibility for future innovation and governance.

Governance Vote #2: Buyback vs Buyback-and-Burn

Overview

Following the stabilization framework introduced by the SCI-Fi Protocol, this vote determines how Rejuve.AI manages fiat and protocol-generated revenues to reinforce $RJV value, maintain long-term sustainability, and align with our biologically inspired economy.

Two pathways are proposed for community decision:

Option A: Buyback-Only (Default Plan)

Goal: Sustain $RJV’s market health and liquidity through ongoing treasury-managed buybacks.

Mechanism

• A defined portion (community-amendable %: e.g., 10–25 %) of net fiat and protocol revenues (subscription fees, partner commissions, study sponsorships) is allocated for periodic $RJV buybacks.

• Purchased tokens are retained in treasury reserves or redeployed to liquidity pools to maintain peg stability and support in-app pricing under the SCI-Fi model.

• Buyback frequency and amount dynamically adjust based on SCI deviations and market liquidity conditions.

  
  

Analogy Like a biological feedback system, buybacks act as homeostatic regulation—absorbing volatility and redistributing nutrients (liquidity) where the ecosystem needs them most.

Option B: Buyback + Burn (Adaptive Burn)

Goal: Add a deflationary mechanism that removes excess tokens under specific “stress” or “stagnation” conditions.

Mechanism

• A base portion (community-amendable %: e.g., 5–20 %) of each buyback cycle is permanently burned, reducing circulating supply.

• Burns are activated or scaled by biologically inspired triggers, signaling inefficiency or under-activity in the network.

Each trigger would be governed by on-chain or oracle-fed data once available; early iterations may rely on quarterly treasury reporting.

Analogy: In biological terms, this is autophagy, the clearing of cellular debris to maintain vitality. Burn events prune inefficiency and regenerate balance, preventing “toxic buildup” of idle tokens.

Community Amendments & Parameters

Both options allow proposals to adjust:

• Revenue allocation percentages for buybacks/burns

• Trigger definitions and thresholds

• Reporting frequency and transparency requirements

• Trial activity or data volume metrics used as inputs

Amendments must maintain overall compliance with the SCI-Fi stabilization framework.

Quadratic voting will be used for both proposals. This method gives more weight to strong preferences while preventing any single large holder from steering the outcome. A simple refresher will be linked on the voting page
