Q3 2025 was anything but quiet for us at Rejuve.AI. Between a major app update, global conference appearances, and fresh additions to our team, momentum continues to build across every part of our mission, as our community grows stronger than ever.
Read all about it in this quarterly update:
Rejuve Longevity App Version 1.3.0 Is Live 📲

We closed Q3 with the release of version 1.3.0 of the Rejuve Longevity App, and this update introduces some of the most exciting improvements yet, headlined by multi-language support. Say hello to Долголетие, Longevidade, and Longevidad!
Since the beginning, Rejuve.AI has attracted an international community united by the pursuit of longevity, and it has been important to carry that spirit into the App itself. Now, the App is fully available in Portuguese, Spanish, and Russian. These are three of the most widely spoken languages in the world, and their addition means more people can engage with the app in their native tongue.
Just as importantly, this release establishes the infrastructure needed to expand into additional languages over time. Longevity should be accessible to everyone, and very soon, it will speak every language via the Rejuve Longevity App.
We have also upgraded our AI-driven insights. These are now more accurate, thanks to improvements in how data is processed and interpreted. To put more control in the hands of users, we added the ability to rate each AI insight directly. This feedback loop helps us refine the models behind the scenes while giving you results that reflect your own expectations and experiences.
The Health and Hallmarks of Aging insights pages received a significant redesign. Instead of broad categories like “below average” or “above average,” you now see numerical scores from 0 to 100 for key areas such as exercise, sleep, and nutrition. In the Hallmarks of Aging section, decimal risk scores provide a precise picture of how each hallmark contributes to accelerated aging. Together, these changes make your health data more actionable and transparent.
Moreover, the Nutrition survey of the Daily Health Diary has been streamlined into a single-screen format, reducing the time it takes to log your meals every day. Additional UI refinements across the App have also been implemented.
On the technical bugs side, we resolved synchronization issues with wearables on both iOS and Android that stemmed from missing permissions. Alongside this, other minor bugs were addressed to improve stability.
Showcasing Rejuve.AI Worldwide ✨

After the launch of the Rejuve Longevity App earlier this year, RAADFest 2025 in Las Vegas offered the perfect stage to demonstrate its full capabilities and potential. For over a decade, RAADFest has brought together biohackers and longevity experts eager to experience the latest therapies and technologies. So in many ways, the event served as our coming-out party. Our booth quickly became a hub of activity, with competitions, prize giveaways, and live App demonstrations attracting full crowds throughout the conference.
Beyond the booth, our CEO Jasmine Smith delivered two sessions, including a talk on building the first decentralized platform for collecting, standardizing, and analyzing global N-of-1 data. She highlighted how AI could transform user contributions into insights that identify interventions tailored to each person’s biology, accelerating anti-aging research.
The presentation sparked significant interest, drawing attention from notable attendees such as Bill Faloon, co-founder and Director of the Life Extension Foundation, who expressed enthusiasm for collaborating with Rejuve.AI.
A few weeks later, we participated in the Aging Research and Drug Discovery (ARDD) conference in Copenhagen, Denmark. Compared to RAADFest, ARDD attracts a more specialized audience of scientists, clinicians, and industry professionals. Rejuve.AI made an equally strong impression by participating with two scientific posters.
Our brilliant Data Scientist, Macsue Jacques, presented research on a biological clock derived from questionnaire data, enabling access to personalized health insights even for individuals without blood tests. This approach has the potential to prompt timely medical consultation and support preventive care.
Jasmine presented a poster on the International Longevity Research Database (IRLDB), outlining how real-world longitudinal user data can inform personalized health trajectories and accelerate collective scientific progress. Together, these presentations emphasized the value of accessible, user-centered tools and global-scale data in advancing longevity science.

The quarter concluded with the incomparable International Longevity Summit Africa in Durban, South Africa. For the third consecutive year, Rejuve.AI proudly participated, as Jasmine delivered a keynote titled “Democratizing Longevity: Africa’s Opportunity in the Age of Decentralized Science & Artificial Intelligence.” She outlined strategies for the continent to engage with longevity research and technology at scale. She later documented her experience at the event in a detailed blog post.

Across all three events, Rejuve.AI not only attracted interest from renowned experts and organizations but also showcased the App to diverse, health-enthusiastic audiences. These engagements advance our efforts to expand the IRLDB and strengthen global collaborations.
Rejuve.AI Data Collection Protocol Receives IRB Exemption 🧬

Rejuve.AI has reached a major milestone on our mission to advance ethical, scalable longevity research. Our data collection protocol has officially received exemption from the Biomedical Research Alliance of New York Institutional Review Board (BRANY IRB).
An IRB is an independent committee that ensures research involving human participants meets strict ethical standards. It reviews protocols to confirm that risks are minimized, informed consent is clear, and data is properly protected. This approval covers all the data collected through the Rejuve Longevity App.
With IRB approval in place, we can now officially proceed with establishing the IRLDB. The database captures real-world data across diverse populations, including different regions, ethnicities, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Continuous user inputs generate a living dataset that reflects day-to-day behaviors and current health signals. This enables hypothesis-driven studies, longitudinal analyses, and cross-country research that is more broadly applicable than traditional clinical datasets.
Moreover, IRB approval opens the door to collaborations with academic and clinical partners, peer-reviewed publications, and participant-centered research. Each user’s contributions are managed through a data NFT (dNFT), giving participants control over access while maintaining transparency.
Together, these elements allow Rejuve.AI to transform routine App use into meaningful contributions to global longevity science.
Ambassador Program Updates: Governance and Beta Tester Groups 🤝

In case you’re not familiar, the Rejuve.AI Ambassador Program is a collaborative initiative that welcomes community members to contribute their time, ideas, and expertise to tasks vital to Rejuve.AI’s progress, while being rewarded for their involvement. Seven groups make up the program, each serving a crucial role in advancing our shared mission.
In Q3, we made significant progress in both the Governance Group and the Beta Tester Group.
The Governance Group officially launched with a core team of eight early contributors, coordinated by Ambassador Program Lead Cole Bartlett. After a successful kickoff call, the members began reviewing initial frameworks that will guide how Rejuve.AI governance evolves.
To support this, we established a dedicated Guild.xyz space to streamline membership and role management. Governance Membership Agreements are also being distributed to ensure contributors are formally onboarded. This step prepares the group to handle sensitive documents and weigh in on foundational tasks, including the review of the tokenomics framework and broader governance structure.
With governance off the ground, attention has now shifted to the Beta Tester Group. An invitation email was sent to all community members who expressed interest in shaping the evolution of the Rejuve Longevity App. From this pool, we will narrow to around 50 testers representing a balance of age, gender, geography, device type, and wearable usage.
This group aims to provide structured feedback on upcoming features, flag bugs that might escape internal checks, and share insights from a diverse range of real-world use cases.
Together, the Governance and Beta Tester groups mark important steps toward making Rejuve.AI’s ecosystem both participatory and user-driven.
